VOLUNTARY DELEGATE CANCELLATION
All cancellations and changes to registrations must be made in writing to Wise Connections at [email protected]
- Cancellations made by COB Friday 24 October 2025, will receive a refund less a $202.40 administration fee.
- Cancellations made after COB Friday 24 October 2025 will receive no refund.
- Delegate substitutes from the same organisation, may be made up until COB Friday 24 October 2025. Each substitution will be subject to a $66 administration fee.
- Delegate substitutions will not be accepted after COB Friday 24 October 2025.
- Amendments to Conference registrations will be subject to a $66 administration fee per amendment.
- Refunds will be returned using the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
Please note that no refund or discount will be made if a function or event included in the registration fee is not taken up or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) OR PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS
All EFT and Purchase Order requests must be made in writing to Wise Connections at [email protected]
- An administration fee of $66 is applicable per invoice for registration payments made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Purchase Order.
- Any payments made by international bank transfer must be in AUD and include all international bank transfer fees incurred by participating banks.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice. ANZPAA/ Wise Connections will cancel all registrations if EFT payment is not completed by the due date.
- Payment must be made in full to receive access to the conference.
- Access to EFT and Purchase Order is subject to registration availability and will not be available past Friday 7 November 2025, to ensure payment is cleared prior to the event start date.
- ANZPAA and/or Wise Connections reserve the right to refuse access to EFT or Purchase order payments.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
ANZPAA may cancel or postpone the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Conference.
If the Conference cannot proceed as planned and is moved to an online format, your registration will be transferred to an online registration. If you choose not to attend the online Conference, ANZPAA will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee.
In the event of postponement of the Conference, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Conference, ANZPAA will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Conference, ANZPAA will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee. In the event of a full cancellation of the Conference, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Conference registration fee received.
The maximum liability of ANZPAA under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.
INSURANCE
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage, and the Organising Committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
TAX
All Conference registration fees and additional tickets are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST at 10% is included.
DISCLAIMER
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at ANZPAA Police Conference 2025, their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of ANZPAA Police Conference 2025 which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Organisers of ANZPAA Police Conference 2025. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise Wise Connections in advance by email.
