Rohan spent 30 years in law enforcement which has spanned a range of duties including covert surveillance, uniformed response, senior detective roles leading specialist teams of police investigating serious and complex crime including murders, sexual offences against children and drug related crime. Rohan later undertook senior Commander roles leading busy and dynamic metropolitan police area commands.
He has a strong focus on domestic and family violence, a passion for supporting the mental health of first responders and building strong relationships with cultural and linguistically diverse communities. He has received many awards including a Commissioners Commendation and Commissioners Unit Citation for complex criminal investigations involving high level police corruption.
Rohan decided to change careers and saw the opportunity at Akkodis to use his knowledge to continue to help the community in the public safety and justice environment.
