Nick Moss is the Manager, Data Services at the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and leads the QPS’s Advanced Data Analytics Capability (ADAC) journey. This is being delivered via the Organisational Insights Platform (OIP) which is becoming the single environment for officers to access, analyse and distribute data and information, and unlock powerful strategic, operational, and tactical insights that have not previously been accessible to the QPS. Nick is a qualified statistician with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Statistics and Computing, and a Master of Applied Statistics. Since mid-2003, Nick has worked within each of Queensland’s Public Safety agencies, resulting in his current role since September 2017, within the Policy and Performance Division of the QPS.
