Mark’s role encompasses Stock loss, Non payment and AOVA investigations, as well as the front of store E2E ecosystem, Digitising and optimising store process, Productivity delivery, and Store labor scheduling.
Prior to this, Mark oversaw the supermarkets Store loss portfolio for three years, and also led the Woolworths supermarket emergency management team.
Mark joined Woolworths Group in 1994 and has held numerous roles across his career within the business, from Store management to his current position.
