Kim is the Executive Director People Culture and Wellbeing having joined SAPOL two years ago from the Department of Human Services. Since joining SAPOL Kim has launched the People Strategy and Action plan and most recently implemented the People Transformation Roadmap to deliver the future workforce for SAPOL’s Safer Communities 2030 and beyond corporate strategy.
The People Transformation Roadmap is a generational research driven strategic designed plan to increase recruits, grow leaders at all levels and create new pathways into SAPOL. Prior to joining the South Australian Public Sector Kim worked for BHP for 16 years in South Australia, Queensland, Indonesia and Malaysia. Kim holds a Bachelor Business, Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, Change Management qualified and is an accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner.
