
Ms Jodie McEwan is the Coordinator, Legislation and Governance for ACT Policing at the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
Jodie commenced with the AFP in 1994 and has undertaken a broad variety of roles in community policing, training, International Operations, Intelligence, Child Protection and Executive support.
In her current role Jodie leads teams responsible for Governance, National Forums, and Statistics. The Legislation and Policy team under her remit is responsible for law enforcement policy development and implementation in the ACT, including nation-leading reforms such as Drug Decriminalisation and raising the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility.
