DLSC Fiona Naylor is a victim identification specialist in the Victoria Police Victim Identification Team. Fiona examines complex victim identification cases, proactively analysing large volumes of data in both seizures and the dark web to locate and identify children depicted in first generation Child Abuse Material. Collaboration with national and international stakeholders is a fundamental component of their victim identification roles due to the rapid evolution of technology and the borderless nature of online child sexual abuse.
