Detective Chief Superintendent Lowe is the General Manager of Operations Support Division at the Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission.
Roger has over 37 years’ service with the Queensland Police Service. He was appointed to a plain clothes position in 1991 and served continuously as a Detective since, including 15 years as an officer in charge of Criminal Investigation Branches. Detective Lowe has served as a Commissioned Officer as the Operations Commander of Intelligence, Commander of the Organised Crime Gangs Group, Operations Manager in Counter Terrorism, Assistant to the State Coroner and in the Ethical Standards Command. The officer is widely recognised for his role as a Senior Investigating Officer for major events and counter terrorism, developing Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMCG) pioneering Prevention programs, OMCG Domestic and Family Violence Strategy and Australia’s first OMCG Gangs Exit Program. He chaired the National Taskforce Morpheus from 2017 to 2021.
Detective Superintendent Lowe holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management, Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) and a Master of Terrorism and Security Studies.
