Detective Brevet Sergeant Adrian Moulds joined South Australia Police in 2006 and became a Detective in 2015. In 2018 Adrian commenced at the Serious & Organised Crime Branch and since that time has maintained a dedication and commitment to resolving cold case armed robbery investigations. In 2020 Adrian became the Case Officer of Operation Coy and in 2023 successfully applied the emerging technique of Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogy (FIGG) to this case. He is now a member of the working group developing a FIGG capability in SAPOL and hopes to apply this technique to other cold case investigations.
