Mr. Arthur Langellier is a Research Assistant in the INTERPOL Innovation Centre’s Futures and Foresight Lab (FFL). Since 2021, he is responsible for advancing INTERPOL’s foresight capabilities by animating the INTERPOL Global Horizon Scanning process, which aims to detect future trends and emerging issues impacting law enforcement and crime. In particular, Mr. Langellier played a key role in developing the INTERPOL Future of Policing initiative, a major foresight enterprise dedicated to exploring the changing global operational environment of law enforcement to establish a new global paradigm on policing, with an eye to contributing to INTERPOL’s centennial celebrations in 2023.
Mr. Langellier holds a MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a BA in International Relations from King’s College London
