Alison McCallum is Endeavour Group’s General Manager of Operations Risk & Protection, having joined Endeavour approximately five years ago.
Alison’s experience is varied and extensive, with 15 years in Senior Operational Leadership positions at Mobil & BP, before joining and leading senior Operations Leadership teams across Endeavour.
Having embedded her leadership imprint within Endeavour’s Operations teams, Alison has transitioned into the field of Risk & Protection with a relentless focus on keeping Endeavour’s 30,000+ team members safe, every day across the Group’s extensive retail and hotels network.
