Alice Day is the acting Coordinator of the Strategic Insights team at the Australian Federal Police. Alice joined the AFP in 2018, working across a variety of branches including policy and strategy, and the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation. Joining the Strategic Insights team in 2021, Alice has led the AFP Futures Games, an innovative way to undertake horizon scanning on a global scale.
In addition, Alice is the current advisor to the Chair and secretariat of the Global Policing Innovation Exchange.
Prior to joining the AFP Alice worked as a research assistant at Monash University’s Gender, Peace, and Security research centre.
Alice holds a Masters of International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
